We are grateful to young people for joining our EGN members on 16 November at the European Parliament for an event kindly hosted by Tineke Strik MEP. We are grateful to Anna Schmidt from DG Home and Marta Kuljon from DG Justice of the European Commission, and to Nilde Robotti from the European Union Agency for Asylum – EUAA for joining the conversation with Tineke and the young people on strengthening guardianship in Europe. The young people also met and exchanged with Hilde Vautmans MEP and Eva Kopacz, MEP Vice President and EP Coordinator for Children’s Rights, sent a message of support.
